3. How we use your information

4. Legal basis & consent

We process your information where it is necessary to perform our services to you, to comply with a legal obligation, for our legitimate business interests in operating the Platform, or on the basis of your consent. Where processing relies on consent (such as marketing messages), you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Payments & financial data

Online payments are processed by licensed, State Bank of Pakistan-regulated payment gateways. We never collect or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials — these are entered only on the payment provider's secure page and are subject to that provider's privacy and security standards. We retain only non-sensitive transaction references needed to reconcile and service your order.

6. Sharing & disclosure

We share your information only as necessary to provide the service: with the relevant Seller or courier to fulfil your order; with our licensed payment provider to process payment; with service providers who help us operate the Platform under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law, regulation, or a lawful request by a competent authority. We do not sell your personal information.

7. WhatsApp & third parties

A core part of our service runs through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. We message you only in connection with your enquiries and orders, or where you have opted in. The Platform may link to third-party services whose practices are governed by their own policies.

8. Data retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact support@fingodigital.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Children

The Platform is not directed at persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

12. Changes & contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. For any question or request regarding your privacy, contact us below.
